Rumored Lucia Actress Goes Viral After Dodging Swarm of GTA 6 Comments During Livestream

Image
Manni L. Perez, the actress long rumored to be playing Lucia in GTA 6 , has gone viral after dodging a swarm of comments from Grand Theft Auto fans during a recent livestream. Rockstar Games has refrained from confirming the vast majority of the cast of next month's new GTA game, but as if there was ever any doubt, that hasn't stopped ravenous fans from piecing a list together themselves. Perez is one name theorists have talked about for years, so she took a few minutes to let thousands of viewers get to know her while masterfully dodging a swarm of GTA 6 comments along the way. Reaching a peak of more than 2,100 viewers on a six-month-old Instagram account with just nine posts, Perez spent her 12-minute livestream just talking about her life growing up in a "small, rural, redneck-y" town. She lives in a studio apartment with a dog, loves to cook, grew up driving trucks, and as far as everyone else is officially concerned, she definitely will not be the star of the so...

Mass Effect fans are calling for a boycott of all EA products and services in protest of the company closing down BioWare and canceling the next Mass Effect game. It’s a rough time for Mass Effect fans. On October 21, EA announced its plans to shut down BioWare , a 30-year-old studio that spearheaded RPGs in the West with titles like Dragon Age, Jade Empire, Baldur’s Gate, and of course, Mass Effect . Players were eagerly awaiting news of the next game in BioWare’s beloved sci-fi franchise — but EA shut that down, too, revealing in a statement that the project was officially canceled. In the two days since then, fans of BioWare and the Mass Effect series have gathered together to call for action, begging EA to at least sell off BioWare’s IP to other studios rather than letting them languish. In fact, tensions have become so strained that players are now calling for an outright boycott of EA’s products and services until something is done. On Reddit, several threads are rallying Mass Ef...

Wo Long 2: Wings of Ember Gets Wuxia… and Let Me Fight a Horrific Spider Thing | IGN Preview

Image
Key Preview Takeaways: Visually, Wo Long 2 is a beautiful game. No stamina gauge means faster action. I love that the combat system encouraged me to be aggressive and chase perfection. I have a confession to make, friends: I’ve never played the original Wo Long. I know, I know. Dust off your pitchforks, light your torches. I have it coming in the same way that we all do. “How could you, Will? You’re an action game guy!” Listen, I’m of the opinion that Team Ninja is one of the best to ever do it. Maybe even the best . That’s what I told myself as a giant spider thing with weird arms named Wugu who I’m sure would have been easier if I’d played the original smashed me into the ground for the umpteenth time. I was also coming into the fight cold. My demo had been split by an interview with producer Mazakazu Hirayama and development producer Masaaki Yamagiwa. Great for this preview. Bad for me. But the beauty of Team Ninja’s games has always been that they a...
