We moved from almost write once run anywhere OpenGL to vendor-dependent Vulkan / D3D11 / Metal / WebGPU, which is kinda impossible to support all without heavy abstraction layers and shader transpilers. Is there any possibility that we'll have easy cross platform in graphics realm in the future?
